Below you will find links to our current unit resources! Watch, download, annotate, or complete each assignment as directed. Be sure to ask for help before the due date listed!
Europe Today (12/9-22)
- Blog for Europe Today MUST be posted by Friday, 12/12 at 11:59pm; blog comments must be made by 12/15 at 7:30am.
- There will be no reading questions for this unit. Our Britain in the 20th century Trees, EU research, and country presentations will take their place.
- Our EU Country Presentations will take place on Wednesday 12/17.
- Our exam study guide will be distributed in class on 12/18. Our final exam is on Jan. 7th at 7:30am; please begin studying!
- Read the chapter on Europe Today in your textbook.
Cold War (Due 12/8)
- Blog for Cold War MUST be posted by 12/7 at 11:59pm; blog comments must be made by 12/9 at 7:30am
- There will be no reading questions for this unit. Our fact sheets on Communist Leaders will take it place. These should be posted to our class Padlet wall by Thursday, 12/4 at 7:30am.
- Cold War Conflict Maps are due Friday 12/5
- Read the chapter on the Cold War in your textbook.
World War II (11/17-11/24)
- Blog for World War II MUST be posted by 11/19 at 11:59pm; blog comments must be made by 11/21 at 7:30am
- There will be no reading questions for this unit. A children's book on Hitler's rise to power will take its place.
- Read the chapter on World War II in your textbook.
Russian Revolution & World War I (11/5-11/12)

Industrial Revolution & 19th century Intellectual Movements Unit Assignments (10/16-11/4)

Absolutism & the Enlightenment Unit Assignments (9/25-10/7):

- Complete your Reformation Speed-dating Activity and link it to our Padlet wall by 7:30am on 9/11. You can navigate to our Padlet wall by using the buttons at the top of this page. We will review the requirements for this activity in class on 9/10, however, they are also posted below.

Renaissance Unit Assignments (8/25-9/2)
- Blog MUST be posted by 11:59pm on Wednesday 8/27; blog comments must be made by 7:30am on Friday 8/29
- Turn in signed Honor Code, Introduction Letter, and Video Permission Sheet by Friday 8/29.
- Create a Google Doc through your Google Drive titled, "AP European Notebook (You name in parenthesis)", and share with my gmail acct.
- If you are unsure of how to do this please see me after school before the end of the first week of school! This document will house your notes, activities, graphic organizers, source analysis, and other activities for the entire semester!
- Create a section on your Google Doc Notebook titled, "Renaissance Unit", then copy and paste the reading questions from the document below into your notebook and answer. Remember all questions must be answered in complete sentences and supported with at least one specific detail.
- Read p 313-330 in your textbook. Make sure that you have paid close attention to the primary sources listed on p. 322, p.325, p.329.
- Complete the Machiavelli Comparison Paper- the downloadable version of instructions for this assignment can be found below. Once you are finished , please add this paper to the "Renaissance Unit," of your Google Doc Notebook.
